I have a 10 month old male shih-tzu named Bentley. He’s a great dog, and was housebroken by the age of 3 or 4 months. He relieves himself on a "potty pad" that stays on the screened-in back porch.

Just recently, he has started a problem that we consider very serious. Instead of going to the door so that we will let him out, he has decided that he can just pee on our couch or in the bed.

He is crate trained, so leaving him in his crate close to all the time isn’t a problem, but he’s been so good for so long that we can’t understand the relapse (and WHY he only desires to pee on the couch and in our bed).

He doesn’t sleep with us except for "special occassions" (usually when my husband is out of town), but why not just pee on the floor? We have a high bed, so it’s a big jump to make JUST to pee there. He’s done it several times in the past month or so, and the same goes for the couch as well.

Does anyone have any tips for our semi-relapsed pup?

I own one and all they do is bark at her and it’s starting to make my blood pressure rise and give me a migraine and it’s stresses me out when they are here and the boy is so attached to me he won’t let me sleep during the night he knocks all night until my new roomie goes to bed with her pug and the only problem is I could use the money but I think my health is more important am I correct?

First I have a question about crate training. I have closed off an area in my house already for the dog to go potty, eat, play, and sleep. So far my 3 month old pomchi pup has been doing really good with the litter box, in this closed area. My pup can go to the bathroom on his own = D. but if he has access to another room he will go potty there = ( How can I get him to keep going potty in the litter box, without closing him off from other rooms????

Second Question is How can I get my dog to stop jumping on peoples legs, and to stop biting hands?

Thanks!
